Michał Kąkol

Founder & Director

Michał's journey began with a mastery of code. During his IT studies, he developed innovative software that caught the attention of international telecommunications firms. His early career was defined by technical excellence, leading to the creation of PhotoSync for Facebook and Goldenline for Android—the latter earning him the award for the best social application in Poland, surpassing even major banking institutions like mBank.

As his entrepreneurial spirit grew, Michał co-founded Ideason, an IT outsourcing powerhouse. This period was marked by scaling global teams and collaborating with industry legends like John McAfee.

In 2020, following the sale of his shares in Ideason, Michał channeled his strategic problem-solving and precision into a new vertical: Real Estate. Today, he leads Kakol Real Estate with a vision that bridges the gap between digital-speed efficiency and institutional-grade property advisory.
